The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by President Prola.  It was noted that all Board members were present with the exception of Trustee L?pez.

There were no public comments regarding non-agenda items.

Superintendent search consultants Bill Levinson and Carolyn McKennan from Hazard, Young and Attea (HYA) facilitated a second workshop in the process for selecting a new Superintendent.  As part of the workshop, the Board reviewed the interview process and protocols, finalized all logistics and questions, discussed site visitations and other details of the search process.
