    • Fill out all Waiver forms
    • Receive email stating you are cleared


    If you do NOT have your physical uploaded before tryouts, then you will not be allowed to try out for the team.
    You can schedule a Physical at The Barbara Lee Center. For information about scheduling a physical click here.
