Zoom Series Episode 4: Transitions Center

On Aug 18, 2025, our 4th episode from our Zoom Series will be released. This will highlight the many facets of the Transitions Center. It will run about 6:28. Kristi Kaddy, the Transitions Center Specialist, will provide details on the population that is served, what people find helpful, the goals of the center, the most frequent requests, and more.
